Lack of Communication Platforms: The Main Challenge for Industry Players

Mohammad Seraj, a member of the Iranian Parliament and the Social Commission, in an exclusive interview with Titrekootah’s parliamentary correspondent, emphasized the need to support the paint industry and its manufacturers. He stated: "The first step in supporting Iran's paint industry is fostering collaboration between industry players and government officials. They need to engage with us, share their demands and challenges, and help us understand the obstacles they face in areas like exports. This way, we can identify and eliminate barriers while addressing legal gaps necessary for the industry's growth and development."

Regarding the impact of the Paint and Resin Exhibition on advancing the industry, Seraj highlighted a major issue: "One of the internal challenges we face is the lack of a dedicated market for introducing and showcasing products within the industry."

He further added: "Currently, digital platforms provide an excellent opportunity for industries to establish a market for presenting their products and listing their needs. Additionally, these virtual marketplaces allow numerous manufacturers and industrialists to connect and seamlessly offer their products."

Virtual Markets Can Bridge the Industry’s Communication Gap

Seraj emphasized the importance of establishing a virtual marketplace for manufacturers and stakeholders in the paint industry, stating: "Physical markets are undoubtedly valuable platforms for economic exchanges and product showcases across the country. However, many investors often lack the opportunity to participate in specialized exhibitions and events. Therefore, I believe that creating a virtual market for economic players and industrialists in the paint sector can bridge the communication gap and significantly facilitate the promotion and distribution of products."

The Psychological and Social Impact of Paint on Human Life

Speaking on the significance of considering the paint industry from a social perspective, Seraj stated: "Paint is not just a physical necessity but also a psychological and medical one. It has profound psychological and social effects on people’s lives and is a fundamental need for society."

The Paint Industry: A Future Economic Powerhouse

In conclusion, Seraj noted: "It is essential to recognize that color plays a vital role in human life, as it gives meaning to life and inspires various social and cultural aspects of humanity. Based on this, we can confidently say that the paint industry has the potential to become one of the most lucrative industries in the country’s near future, provided the government extends the necessary support."
